Call Forwarding Rates
Find out how much you can save with the Link Service for some popular travel destinations:

If your travel destination is not listed above, please select it from the below destinations:

With the Link Service, your Singapore operator will not charge you for any roaming charges. Instead, the total charges for the call diversion are:

1. local Singapore call charges to be paid to your Singapore operator (since your calls are first diverted to our system i.e. a local Singapore number). This may be free if you have free minutes on your existing package) +
2. The Link Service charges to divert calls to your destination +
3. Incoming call charges of your overseas operator.

The savings above are calculated with the assumption that 1 and 3 above are free.

Minimum charge per call is 30 seconds and billing is in 6-seconds increment.

Account Validity and Fees
(a) ACCOUNT VALIDITY

Your Link Service account will expire when it is out of balance or on its expiry date, whichever is the earlier. You will be notified by SMS of your account’s expiry date when you activate / top-up your account. Every S$15 added to your Link Service account will extend your account validity period by 60 days and every S$100 by 360 days (up to a maximum of 720 days).

If your account runs out of balance, you will be notified by SMS, and will have 3 days to top it up before it expires.

(b) FEES AND CHARGES

The Link Service is a prepaid service. All charges will be deducted from the account’s prepaid balance.

(i) Call Diversion Charges: You will be charged at the above rates for calls forwarded.

(ii) Maintenance Fee: All accounts are maintained free of charge for the first 7 days. A monthly fee of S$5 is chargeable thereafter. This is essentially the rental fee of your Personal Link Number (PLN), which is a local Singapore phone number.

(iii) Auto-Renewal (for VIP accounts only): If your account has a positive balance (of S$10 or greater) and is about to expire, our system will automatically extend the account validity by a period of 60 days just prior to its expiry date at a fee of S$10. Please contact us at info@trusling.com if you wish to disable this feature.

(iv) Call Alert Service (for VIP accounts only): Be notified via SMS (of your caller's phone number) every time you receive a diverted call. Enjoy this service for free for 30 days! Thereafter, subscribe to this service at $5 per month. Refer to 'Instructions' on how to subscribe for this service.

What is the Link Service? Can I use the Link Service to top-up the credit on the prepaid SIM card?
The Link Service is an international call forwarding service, which lets you forward your Singapore calls to any overseas number in the world. This is useful when you are overseas, using a local mobile number of your destination, and wish to remain contactable. With the Link Service, you won’t need to go through the hassle of giving your overseas number to your friends / family since they can now continue to call your Singapore number (and calls with get diverted).

However, do note that the Link Service and the mobile phone prepaid SIM cards we distribute are two separate products. As such, you cannot use your Link Service credits to top-up the credit of the prepaid SIM card.

Are my SMS also forwarded?
The Link Service only forwards your calls and not your SMSes, which will continue to be received on your Singapore number. It is free to receive your incoming SMS on your Singapore number when you’re overseas, thus there’s no point for us to forward your SMS and charge you for it since our solution is to get you the optimal savings. What you may wish to do is to occasionally plug in their Singapore SIM card to download your SMS into your phone, which you can then reply to with your overseas number to save on roaming.

How are forwarded calls to an overseas number charged? Would my Singapore operator charge me any IDD / roaming charges?
Forwarding your calls can save you up to 98% versus normal roaming rates you may otherwise pay when you're overseas.

Forwarded calls are charged as follows:
1. Your Singapore Operator -
Your Singapore operator will NOT charge you any IDD / roaming charges for diverting your calls. With our service, you would be forwarding your calls to our system (i.e a local Singaore number), and this would be charged as a LOCAL CALL. If you have free outgoing minutes in your monthly call package, this would be FREE, else the general market rate is S$0.16 (subject to change).

2. Our Charges -
Once your calls get forwarded to our system, we’d forward it to your designated overseas number at the prevailing Link Service rates. Charges will be deducted from the prepaid credit in your account. Click on the "Rates" tab above for the latest rates. Minimum charge per call is 30 seconds and billing is in 6-seconds increment.

3. The Overseas Operator -
Charges at the prevailing incoming call rates of the overseas operator. In most case, this is free.

Example:
Here's the cost breakdown when you forward your calls to China Mobile (Hong Kong) number while you’re in HK:
Component 1 (assuming S$0.16) + Component 2 (S$0.15) + Component 3 (S$0.02)
Total = S$0.33
vs.
Incoming roaming charge of a leading Singapore Local Operator = $1.36
THAT'S A SAVING OF 76% ON YOUR ROAMING COSTS!

Would I still see a caller display for a forwarded call?
Sorry, you would not see a caller display on your overseas number for forwarded calls.

However, for VIP account holders, you can get around this by subscribing for the 'Call Alert' service (at SGD $5 per month). With this, you will be notified via SMS (sent to your overseas number) with your caller's phone number everytime you receive a diverted call. Refer to the 'Instructions' tab above to find out how to subscribe for this.

(For VIP accounts only) What is the 'Call Alert' service?
The caller display of your caller is normally lost for a diverted international call, following the complex flow of data from the local to international operators.

To ensure you are able to get back to your caller, VIP account holders can now subscribe for the 'Call Alert' service. With this, you will be notified via SMS (sent to your overseas number) with your caller's phone number everytime you receive a diverted call. Refer to the 'Instructions' tab above to find out how to subscribe for this.

The Call Alert service is chargeable at SGD $5 per month. Whilst we want to offer this free to our VIP customers, unfortunately, the cost of sending SMS to an overseas number is high. However, VIP customers can enjoy this service for free for 30 days and during this time, they can unsubscribe from the service at any time (note: the 30 days trial period must be taken in one stretch and cannot be broken down into various periods).

Are there any other costs to using the Link Service?
In addition to the Link Service calling charges, all accounts are maintained free of charge for the first 7 days and thereafter, a monthly maintenance fee of $5 is chargeable. This is essentially the rental fee for your Personal Link Number (PLN), a local Singapore phone number essential to carry out the call forwarding.

When does my Link Service account expire?
You will be notified of the validity of your Link Service account when you activate (or top-up your account). Essentially, every S$15 added to your account adds a validity period of 60 days and every S$100 Link Service account (which also comes with S$15 of free credit) validity period of 360 days.

How do I get the Link Service?
The Link Service is available for sale individually in multiples of S$15 or S$100. With the latter, you will also receive S$15 FREE Link Service credits. Make your purchase right here ONLINE and an activation code will be SMSed to you immediately after your transaction.

What's a PLN?
The PLN (or the Personal Link Number) is a local Singapore number which you'll receive after you’ve activated a new account with us (as per the instructions).

To use our Link Service to forward your calls, you would need to have your PLN and PIN available. Click on the "Instructions" tab above to find out how to forward your calls.

I wish to change my PIN. How can I do that?
We're sorry, but that service is currently not available.

I've messaged my activation code to +65 82289918 but have not received my PLN and PIN. What should I do now?
If you've not received our SMS response after your first attempt, please turn on and off your phone and try again. Call us at +65 62355033 if you need assistance (or e-mail info@trusling.com during non-working hours).

I've just received my PLN and PIN. What do I do now?
Once you've received your PLN and PIN, you'll be able to forward your calls to the overseas number of your choice. This can be done in 2 simple steps:
1.  Call our automated system at +65 65181999 to register your overseas phone number
2.  Just before leaving Singapore, activate the call forwarding by dialling **21*[PLN]# (from the Singapore number you wish to have diverted). This will forward all your calls to our system, which will then forward calls to your overseas number.

I am now overseas and did not not forward my Singapore calls to my overseas number when I was in Singapore. Can I do it now?
You can forward your Singapore calls to your overseas number with our given instructions even when you're overseas. However, if your Singapore operator does not have good data network reception at your destination, it may not always be possible to forward your calls to our system (i.e. the step where you have to dial **21*[your PLN]#) when you’re overseas. As such, we would encourage customers to carry out this step before leaving Singapore. If you're unable to divert your calls via this approach, please contact your respective Singapore mobile operators to request to have your calls manually forwarded to your PLN (a local Singapore phone number).

I will be travelling to another overseas destination. How do I forward my calls to my second destination number?
After you've already successfully forwarded your calls to (your first) overseas number, you can forward your Singapore calls to another number at your leisure.

As you recall, the steps to forward your calls are as follows:
(1) call +65 65181999 to register your overseas phone number
(2) forward your calls to our system by dialling **21*[your PLN]#

Simply repeat step 1 and enter your new overseas number to forward your calls to this new number. Our system will now forward your calls to this new number.

How do I find out the available credit on my Link Service account?
To find out your balance, simply SMS the following to +65 82289918:
bal [your PLN] [your PIN]

How can I retrieve my call records?
As the Link Service is a prepaid service, call records statementing is not provided. However, if you do wish to retrieve a copy of your statement, you may do so by sending a request to info@trusling.com. Please note that there will be a handling fee of S$10 per request.

How would I know if my Link Service account credit is low or has expired?
You'll be sent an automated SMS when your account balance falls below SGD3 and another if it falls to SGD0. If your balance falls to SGD0, please ensure that you top-up your account within 3 days if you wish to maintain your PLN, else your account will be expired.

If you suspect that someone else has gained access to your PLN and PIN without your permission, please call our Customer Servicing team at +65 62355033 for assistance.

If I do not finish using the credits on my account, can I use the Link Service to divert my calls to another overseas number (when I travel again)?
Yes, as long as you still have credits on your account and /or it has not expired, you can continue using your account. Simply:
