Is the Just Mobile SIM compatible with my phone?If you normally use your Singapore number in your phone, you will be able to use the Just Mobile SIM in it. Otherwise, if you've purchased your phone outside of Singapore, please ensure that your phone is not SIM-locked, else you will not be able to use any other SIM cards in your card other than that issue by your original telco operator.
Is the Just Mobile SIM compatible with the iPhone4 / iPad?Yes, it is. However, do note that like all the other prepaid SIM cards which we offer, the Just Mobile SIM card comes in normal SIM card size and must be clipped down to a microSIM before it can be used in the iPhone4 / iPad. While we do not offer this service, it is available at most phone shops across Singapore.
How do I register my prepaid SIM card?Prior to using your "Just Mobile" prepaid SIM card, you'd need to register your SIM card. You can do so by completing the registration form found in the kit and emailing it to gms.trading@hotmail.com or alternatively, register directly with Just Mobile when you get to Australia.
I am on the Just Mobile activation page and wish to port / carry over my Singapore number to Just Mobile. How do I do that?We're afraid that is currently not possible. The mobile number portability service provided by Just Mobile is restricted to the porting of Australia mobile numbers to Just Mobile only .
Do I need to have my Just Mobile SIM card in my phone when activating the SIM card?No, you do not need to have the SIM card in your phone when activating the SIM card. Please only put the SIM card into your phone when you arrive in Australia, since it does not have roaming functions and will not be function in Singapore.
I've activated my SIM card but the network does not register? Is something wrong? (I am currently in Singapore)If you're still in Singapore, you will not be able to use the Just Mobile SIM card. This is because it is not enabled with roaming functions and thus can only be used in Australia.
Will I be able to surf the web / download e-mails?Yes, you will be able to surf the web / download e-mails via GPRS (AUD $1 per 5 minutes)
